2. Which laws we write against
We operate from Ontario, Canada. Under Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial rules, we handle personal information for identified purposes with appropriate consent or another lawful basis. Where a U.S. state privacy statute applies to a visitor, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we run no advertising trackers on this corporate site.
3. What we collect on this website
Contact form
When you submit the form we collect only what the form asks for:
- Name and email (required)
- Subject category (Partnership, Press, Careers, or Something else)
- Message text you choose to send
A honeypot field labelled “company” is present to deter bots; real visitors leave it blank. It is not used as a tracking identifier for people.
Email and other direct contact
If you write to hello@ddrsolutions.net or another published DDR Solutions address, we keep the correspondence needed to reply and follow up.
Technical logs
Hosting and security tooling may generate request logs (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps, and paths) for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not sell contact details.
- We do not add enquiry addresses to promotional mailing lists.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking pixels on this site.
4. How we use it
- To respond to partnership, press, careers, or other enquiries about the parent company or its register of businesses.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet legal or contractual obligations when they apply.
If your message concerns a specific portfolio product, we may route it to that business. Product processing is then governed by that business’s own notice and contracts, not solely by this page.
